The Contract Management Software will monitor compliance of each contract in accordance with the business terms, and will generate reports for any failure. In the case of repeated failures, the exception reports will be directly sent to the higher levels of the organization. The same workflow will also generate reports on the performance of existing contracts, and will initiate reviews for those that are going to expire.

Based on these reports, the CMS will generate dashboards and custom reports to give an overview of the business and its progress over time. By integrating this data into the analytic application, the CMS will provide a near accurate prediction of the market behavior.

The business terms for various agreements will be compared along with compliance, and the most advantageous will be identified. This will be done in light of supply chain management and enterprise resource planning. This is how continual improvement will be brought about, not only for the organization, but for the partners, suppliers and clients as well.
